Momentum consulting Group are currently looking for motivated & outgoing individuals for a outbound sales/call centre role based in the south eastern suburbs.
The sales team prides themselves on their extensive product knowldge and delivering continual support to their clients. Your role will be based in their outbound sales team selling a wide range of lighting products to suit domestic, commercial and industrial applications ensuring all customers recieve a hassle-free experience. You will be calling existing clients and also warm to cold leads.
To be successful you will require:
- Customer service skills or previous sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Results driven, positive attitude & the ability to self manage
- Commitment to providing a quality, hassle free customer service experience
- Computer literacy
The role is full time Monday to Friday working 8:30am - 4:45pm.
