Position Overview
- Provide support and if required coordinate delivery of service
- Ensure support is provided.
- Effectively manage service issues
- Provide support, manage performance, and maintain a positive relationship
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service to all customers
- Day to day management of the customer care team and team leader (problem solving, training, motivating, coaching, rostering)
- Delegate incoming tasks (customer care mailbox) to the service coordination team.
- Provide telephone and email after sales support to service agents, internal and external customers
- Where necessary arrange for warranty repairs to be conducted through a network of service agents as well as through internal technical staff
- Arrange for appliances to be replaced including managing installation, dispatch, and reverse logistics
- Minimize warranty expenditure where possible
- Report on and analyse activities
- Authorize service calls
- Recommend replacement of product beyond economic repair
Experience and Skills:
- A minimum of 3 year's experience in a customer service environment preferably in a similar industry
- Good computer, customer service and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
