We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our Client's team. This position combines traditional customer service responsibilities with a strong focus on administration, data analysis, Excel reporting and bookkeeping-type tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence working with data and spreadsheets to support business operations.

As a Customer Service & Administration Officer, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide professional and friendly customer service via phone and email
- Process customer orders, inquiries, and account information accurately
- Support administrative functions including document preparation, filing, and data entry
- Maintain and update reports, trackers, and spreadsheets using Excel
- Assist with financial administration such as invoicing, reconciliations, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Analyse customer and sales data to support management reporting
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or administrative support
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, and reporting)
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping or financial administration
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
