About the role
You will be leading the customer service excellence to the company's clients and building ever improving relationships with those they already cherish.
The company partners with schools across Australia to ensure they're set-up to succeed, with insights, ideas and with the effective use of our market beating product range.
Key duties and Responsibilities
- You will be managing customer and Representatives enquiries
- Accurately processing our lovely customer orders
- Actioning and following through on any enquiries received
- Gathering information; advise customers of prices, goods delivery and processing times
- Liaising with the logistics team with regard stock and delivery times
- Liaising with sales reps and account managers
- Processing cash and Eftpos sales
- Organising credits, returns and replacements
- Administration and email correspondence
- Providing quality service with every interaction
You are the right candidate if
- You have true passion for customer service
- You have a keen eye for detail
- You can follow set processes and also have the initiative to think outside of the box
- You are enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude person
- You are organised and have a desire to learn new skills
- You thrive in a team environment and can also work autonomously when required
- A Previous experience in Salesforce is an advantage but not a must
