Located in Kewdale, our Client is involved in the freight forwarding industry and is seeking a motivated Customer Service Consultant to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.
As the face of the company, your role will involve:
- Answering and directing phone calls and client communications
- Liaison with clients and provide information and assistance in relation to the company's product
- Entering bookings into the system in a timely manner
- Provision of quotations where required
- Liaison with other teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Resolution of any customer issues as required
- Ad-hoc duties where needed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of freight forwarding - beneficial but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to help others
