Job Description

Located in Kewdale, our Client is involved in the freight forwarding industry and is seeking a motivated Customer Service Consultant to join their friendly team on a permanent basis.

As the face of the company, your role will involve:

  • Answering and directing phone calls and client communications
  • Liaison with clients and provide information and assistance in relation to the company's product
  • Entering bookings into the system in a timely manner
  • Provision of quotations where required
  • Liaison with other teams to ensure timely service delivery
  • Resolution of any customer issues as required
  • Ad-hoc duties where needed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding - beneficial but not required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help others
