Momentum Consulting are currently working with an iconic Australian brand who are seeking an outbound/inbound customer service and sales superstar.
Your new role
Working in well established team, you will be responsible for callling exisiting customers, scheduling appointments and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for resolution of all customer enquiries
- In and Outbound sales- existing customers only
- Communicating with customers via email, online chat and phone
- Providing quotes to customers
- Managing a client portfolio
- Calling existing customers to renew their contract or schedule maintenance
To be considered you must have:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven sales ability
- Demonstrated experience working in a customer service capacity
- Capability to establish and maintain relationships internally and externally;
- A positive attitude
- Intermediate to Advanced PC skills
