Client Brief
Our client is a leading poultry supplier in Queensland that provides venues with the highest level of standards in the industry. We are looking for a professional, customer focused representative who can emulate our clients brand values.
Position Overview
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be collaborating with sales and production teams to understand and successfully execute the requirements of potential and existing customers.
Duties and responsibilities for this role include:
- Receiving incoming telephone orders from Clients
- Processing of payments from clients, as required
- Cross Selling of Company's wide range of products
- Manage Debtors Accounts and payments as directed by the business
- Manage New Client Accounts as directed by the business
- Ability to carry out documents as directed by management in the Word/ Excel format.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Demonstrated experience with high value customers.
- Experience in Customer Service
- Strong relationships development
- Poultry knowledge essential
- Excellent organisational skills and time management
- Excellent phone manner
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
