Job Description

We are currently working with our well-renowned Client who are a global supplier of transport and logistics. They are seeking a customer-focussed Imports Clerk to commence in their friendly team as soon as possible.

This role will involved:

  • Administration of the imports process for customers
  • Order management
  • Liaison with with customers; both face-to-face and over phone and email
  • Development and maintenance of relationships with customers
  • Generation of quotes
  • Monitoring and following up of purchase orders
  • Preparation of relevant shipping documentation
  • Ad-hoc duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3+ years' experience in customer service
  • CargoWise One experience (desirable but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment
