We are currently working with our well-renowned Client who are a global supplier of transport and logistics. They are seeking a customer-focussed Imports Clerk to commence in their friendly team as soon as possible.
This role will involved:
- Administration of the imports process for customers
- Order management
- Liaison with with customers; both face-to-face and over phone and email
- Development and maintenance of relationships with customers
- Generation of quotes
- Monitoring and following up of purchase orders
- Preparation of relevant shipping documentation
- Ad-hoc duties as required
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years' experience in customer service
- CargoWise One experience (desirable but not mandatory)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
