We're now looking for an enthusiastic Distribution Manager to join the team. If you're an individual, who can identify efficiencies, make process improvements, effectively mentor staff, personable, and ready to take on a varied and fast-paced role, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Manage a team ensuring a safe environment
- Ability to use NetSuite to check for new work orders, review inventory levels, receipt and fulfill all goods movements for Express and fabric orders
- Maintain agreed stock levels for steel parts and fabric covers for Express.
- Schedule frame production to minimise stock levels as practical to achieve JIT delivery.
- Prepare job sheets and ensure all Express jobs are Completed in Full on Time within the agreed lead-time.
- Working with Supply Chain to meet promised completion dates of finished products
- Booking of freight to ensure products are sent out within budget.
- Supervise team members in pick and pack orders in accordance with the bill of materials
- Complete stocktakes
- Host regular Toolbox Talks and reporting incidents
To Be Successful, You Will Have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain management and production management of prefabricated products
- Excellent communication and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent understanding of work health safety legislation
- High level people management skills and the ability to manage and mentor sizeable warehouse teams
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
- Forklift licence
