Our client is currently recruiting Electricians throughout Brisbane for an immediate start.

About the role
- Execute plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning lighting, intercom and other electrical systems
- Install electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems
- Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc)
- Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
- Prepare and assemble conduits and connect wiring.
- Prevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits.
- Perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair or substitute damaged units.
- Quote and plan for electrical installation and repairs in both Commercial and residential settings.
- The above includes, Air conditioning, solar, lighting, CCTV and Alarms. Working with single and three phase power. Day to day will vary and could be on a job for a couple of hours, up to a couple of days.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Current Open Drivers licence
- Applicable Trade Qualification
- Construction White Card
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- LVR/CPR
- Own Basic Trade Tools
- Full Rights to Work in Australia
- Current resume with 2x work related referees.
