Momentum Consulting are currently working with a global leader of aviation and air cargo services who are looking for a Flight Clerk/Receptionist
This is an exciting opportunity to kick start you aviation career with a global industry leader operating in 36 counties.
Working in the Domestic Terminal at Sydney Airport you will be meeting and greeting customers, answering phones, checking in cargo for flights and responsible for timely and accurate data entry.
Key accountabilities include:
- Providing administrative support regarding air cargo and aviation documents
- Fast and accurate data entry
- Communicating with internal and external customers via email, telephone and face to face
- Working as part of a team to ensure that air freight cargo is received and dispatched on time
To be considered for this role you will have:
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people at all levels
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Outstanding level of attention to detail
- Highly developed time management skills
- High level of capacity for change and dealing with multiple tasks simultaneously
- Intermediate data entry skills- Word and Excel
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to pass a National Police Check and ASICS clearance
- Have a current NSW Drivers License and own transport with the ability to work a rotating roster - 7 days per week between 5am and 12am
