With a focus on safety, environmental responsibility, and teamwork, we're looking for a motivated general hand/labourer to join the crew at our busy yard. This hands-on role is based in Milperra and no two days are the same!

About the Role
As a General Hand, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the recycling yard. Duties include:
- Sorting and processing metal materials
- Operating basic tools and equipment
- Loading and unloading scrap materials
- Manual handling and general labour
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Assisting machine operators and yard staff as needed
- Following safety and environmental protocols
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in recycling, construction, warehousing, or manufacturing is a plus
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Basic understanding of workplace safety
- Able to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Forklift licence is advantageous, but not essential
