Our client is a leading collector, processor and supplier of recycled metal in Australia. They have 30 locations throughout Australia and their processing capacity, which includes five fragmentisers, shears, balers and granulating plants, operates to the highest environmental and quality standards to produce products that are recognized and sought after throughout the world.
They are currently looking for an experienced Hook Truck Driver for an ongoing role in their Cairns yard.
Must have Road Ranger licence and experience.
As the Hook Truck Driver, your duties will include but not be limited to the following.
The role:
- $35.32 p.h with penalties
- Monday to Friday
- 8 to 10 hour days on average
- Local work for Cairns
- Operating a Hook Truck with Road Ranger gear box
- Local and consists of "Swap and Go" runs, collecting bins of recycled metal from various locations around Cairns.
The requirements:
- Must have unrestricted HR Licence
- Must have Road Ranger and Hook truck experience
- Good knowledge of Cairns is highly desirable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to pass medical and D&A test
- Current resume with 2 work related references
- Right to work in Australia
- Reliable transport
