Your key responsibilities:
- Working closely alongside Senior HR business Partners focusing on continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures
- Create advertisements for positions internally and externally
- Co-ordinate onboarding of new employees; Organise pre employment checks, interviews and employment contracts
- Support the execution of programs, projects, incentives
- Interpreting awards/ agreements and contracts
- Employee performance management
- Manage and facilitate payroll related queries
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Human Resources Degree or similar
- Proficient with MS word Excel/Word/Outlook
- Preceda experience would be highly advantageous
- Proven relevant experience working in a high volume fast paced HR role
- Exceptional communication skills
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Highly developed attention to detail with great time management
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
