Your key responsibilities:

• Working closely alongside Senior HR business Partners focusing on continuous improvement of HR systems and procedures
• Create advertisements for positions internally and externally
• Co-ordinate onboarding of new employees; Organise pre employment checks, interviews and employment contracts
• Support the execution of programs, projects, incentives
• Interpreting awards/ agreements and contracts
• Employee performance management
• Manage and facilitate payroll related queries

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Human Resources Degree or similar
• Proficient with MS word Excel/Word/Outlook
• Preceda experience would be highly advantageous
• Proven relevant experience working in a high volume fast paced HR role
• Exceptional communication skills
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across all levels
• Highly developed attention to detail with great time management
• Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
