Due to an increase in demand across our client network, Momentum are currently recruiting for general labourers for construction, industrial and freight moving clients throughout the Southside of Brisbane.
Duties may include:
Construction
- General site cleanup and fit out work
- Belt picking in scrap metal yard
- Erecting racking storage in warehouses
- Manual lifting and use of power tools
Freight Handlers
- Forklift licence, preferred not essential
- Freight handlers
- Manual lifting
For skilled operators the following tickets are preferred
- White/ Blue Card - preferred (Construction only roles)
- Forklift, Scissor lift (EWP), Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets would be highly regarded
In addition you will need;
- Own transport and drivers licence
- Work related referees
- A positive can-do attitude
- Reliability and flexibility
- Physically fit and a strong safety focus
