About the role
As a machine operator you will be responsible for the following:
- Inspect machinery daily pre and post shift
- Perform start up and shut down of machinery
- Monitor operation
- Control and adjust machine setting
- Operating sheet line machine
- Operating Tube line machine
- Loading and unloading machine
- Quality control
- Manual Handling
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Worked within the Manufacturing and/or Pharmaceutical Industries
- Be mechanically and technically minded
- Experience in manual process working
- Be physically fit for manual handling
- Have high attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
- Preferred previous machine operating experience or similar
- Hold a current Forklift licence (Advantage)
