As a referee for our client, you will be responsible for ensuring fair play, enforcing the rules of the game, and maintaining the safety of all participants during sporting events. This role requires a strong understanding of the sport, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure. This is a part time role with lots of evening and weekend work available.

About the role
As a Netball Referee, you will be responsible for the following:
- Officiate games by applying rules and regulations consistently.
- Monitor the conduct of players, coaches, and spectators to ensure compliance with the rules.
- Make decisions on penalties, fouls, and game outcomes.
- Maintain an impartial and professional attitude.
- Collaborate with other officials and event staff.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to stay updated on rules.
- Prepare reports on game incidents or irregularities as needed.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Umpire badge A, B or C
- Previous experience as a referee is preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Valid WWCC check - or willing to obtain
- Physically fit to keep up with the game
