Sales Coordinator/Customer Service Permanent in the position available for Immediate Start!
We have a fantastic client located in Derrimut that provides Hire Equipment, currently seeking a permanent sales driven superstar to provide their customers with outstanding customer service through the complete end to end rental process. This would require you to communicate with Contractors, Clients and workshop colleagues. The hours of business will be within 7am to 5pm Monday-Friday.
Within the process your key responsibilities will be:
- Provide excellent Customer Service
- Manage inbound and outbound calls-plus face to face customer service
- Provide quotations of hire equipment
- Create Rental Agreements
- Ensure accuracy of information
- Maintain operational WHS Standards
Key Performance Indicators of the role are:
- Percentage of calls answered (80-100 per day)
- Percentage of credits to Invoices
- NPS-Net Promotor Score
Essential experience required:
- Hire experience or exposure to
- Customer service experience
- Energetic and Sales Driven
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail
