Position Overview
Our client is a leading construction company specializing in the development of commercial properties, townhouses, apartments, and industrial developments. With a commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainability, they strive to create exceptional spaces that enhance communities and exceed expectations.
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in luxury house or apartment construction site management and a construction-related tertiary degree. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring project timelines are met, and quality standards are maintained.
Primary responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the project manager to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget.
- Develop a detailed construction schedule and plan, taking into account all aspects of the project.
- Set up and organize the construction site, including the installation of necessary facilities and infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement proper safety measures on the site.
- Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers.
- Assign tasks, provide direction, and ensure work is carried out efficiently and according to quality standards.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor and manage the inventory of materials and equipment needed for construction activities.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets specified standards and regulations.
- Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including directors, project managers, architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project updates to relevant parties and address any concerns or issues that arise during construction.
- Identify and resolve challenges or obstacles that may arise during the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant construction standards.
- Work with regulatory authorities to secure necessary approvals and inspections.

- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
