About the role
This is a hands-on role supporting store operations, sales and service, general labour and maintaining a safe and organised work environment
- Manage and drive incoming customer inquiries, workshop job management, instore sale and services to ensure all sales opportunities are optimised.
- Drive and conduct best in class customer service and sales management/ training to staff.
- Manage store staff in all aspects of - recruitment, performance management, training rostering, coverage, KPI reviews.
- Pick and Pack stock for the operation and load and unload vehicles as required.
- Good Communication and time management skills
- Be a back up to other store roles in a time of need.
- Be a hands-on Manager by actively participating in the workshop, front counter, sales arena, storage facility as the business model requires.
- Provide product and service solutions for the market including product testing and assessments.
- Provide the highest levels of service to customers, ensuring you maximise any sales opportunity.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Battery industry and fitting experience
- Strong people and customer service
- Well, presented, organised and reliable
- Self-Motivated, autonomous and flex
- Strong sales experience desirable
- Forklift license
