Great 3PL company seeking a Team Leader to guide their warehouse crew, based in Horsley Park, with clean, modern facilities and free parking.
The role:
- Monitoring the team to ensure KPIS and client requirements are met accurately in a timely manner
- Ensuring safe practice is followed and adhered to
- Administration duties
- Working alongside the team members
The ideal candidate:
- Must be hands on
- Lead by example
- Punctuality and a strong work ethic are important
- Interested in a long-term career
- Forklift licence (LF a must, LO an advantage)
- Picking experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Previous experience managing small teams
- Must be physically fit
- Must have full working rights
- Must have own reliable car as there is no public transport available
Remuneration is $65k plus superannuation
