About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations and provide hands-on leadership to our small warehouse team. You will play a key role in managing workflow, supporting inventory processes, and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
This is a fast-paced, rewarding position suited to someone who thrives in a leadership role while remaining hands-on in all areas of warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Organise and supervise a small warehouse staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks, adjustments, and investigations.
- Manage purchase and transfer orders and ensure accurate system updates using Microsoft D365.
- Booking transport and preparing dispatch documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by updating SOPs and participating in planning meetings.
- Provide hands-on support as needed, including equipment troubleshooting and physical warehouse tasks.
About You
- Proven experience in a warehouse team lead role
- Strong understanding of inventory systems
- Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach to problem solving
- Forklift licence
- Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
