This role is focused on identifying new opportunities, developing long-term customer partnerships, and delivering tailored packaging solutions to a diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the packaging sector
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across multiple industries
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and margin targets
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, operations, design, supply chain) to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs
- Represent the business professionally in customer meetings and industry engagements
About You
- Proven experience in business development within the packaging industry (essential)
- Strong understanding of packaging products, solutions, and supply chains
- Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing accounts
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Confident communicator with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
- Well organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
