About the Role:
As a Call Centre Operator, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Responding to student enquiries via email and phone
- Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls
- Mixture of administrative tasks
About You:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to demonstrate the following competencies:
- Used to working in a high-volume operating environment,
- Experience using telephony, CRM highly regarded.
- Previous contact centre experience highly regarded.
- Customer service experience.
- Tech savvy individuals.
Please note you will need to complete a WWCC and Police Check to be eligible for an immediate start.
