As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This on site position involves managing a multi-line phone system, handling administrative tasks, and supporting the team to deliver an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities include:
- First point of contact for up to 150 calls daily
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain accurate inbound call and visitor logs.
- Manage meeting and boardroom bookings, organise transport and couriers, and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Train Admin Assistants on reception duties and contribute to operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional frontline presentation
- Experience in a similar high-volume incoming call role within acorporate or legal environment
- Strong foundation in administration and clerical tasks within a similar setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a minimum of 40 wpm typing speed and 95% accuracy.
- Proactive, detail-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally while adapting seamlessly to independent and team environments.
