They are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer to support a profitable and expanding product division. This role will work closely with operations, supply chain, and customers to deliver a best-in-class service experience and ensure seamless end-to-end order support.

About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the first point of contact for B2B customers
- Processing and tracking customer orders end-to-end
- Managing customer enquiries via phone, email and face-to-face
- Coordinating deliveries with warehouse and production teams
- Maintaining accurate records using an ERP system
- Supporting pricing, quotes and margin awareness
To Be Successful, You Will Possess the Following:
- Proven experience in a B2B customer service role
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics or warehouse-based environments
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Experience using ERP systems (D365 or similar highly regarded)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
