Display Assistant/Merchandise Assembler
About the Role
seeking a hands-on Display Assistant / Merchandise Display Technician to support the assembly, installation, and maintenance of product displays. This role suits someone practical, detail-oriented, and confident working with tools, who also enjoys occasional site visits and collaborating with internal teams.
You will primarily work in-house assisting the production team, with regular travel to showrooms to install and refresh display boards and merchandising units.
Shift Time: 07:00am - 05:00pm
80% in-house | 20% on the road (multiple showrooms around Sydney)
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble products and merchandise display orders
- Customise and fabricate special display requirements (including drilling, machining, and basic fabrication)
- Assemble, install, and maintain display boards and display blocks
- Install products accurately and neatly on merchandise displays
- Conduct on-site showroom visits to install, update, or repair displays
- Liaise with the Marketing team to understand customer and brand presentation requirements
- Assist with general facilities and maintenance tasks as required
About You
- Hands-on experience using tools (handyman or trade-based skills highly regarded)
- Confident working with basic fabrication and assembly tasks
- Strong communication skills with clear spoken English
- Well-presented, professional, and comfortable dealing with internal teams and showroom environments
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively when on-site
- Holds a valid driver's licence (essential)
Machine Operator
About the role
Seeking a reliable and detail-focused PVD Machine Operator to join the production team.
This role is responsible for operating Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coating equipment to produce high-quality finishes on premium products.
The position suits someone with experience in industrial machinery or coating environments, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.
Shift Time: 05:00am- 03:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Operate PVD coating machines to achieve consistent, high-quality output
- Monitor coating processes and make adjustments as required
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimise downtime
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative servicing on machinery
- Accurately complete production and quality records
- Work closely with team members to meet production schedules and quality targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
About You
- Previous experience operating PVD equipment or industrial machinery preferred
- Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Starting salary is $70,00 + super to $85,000 + super
