Known for its operational scale, complex product range, and customer-first focus, the business is now seeking an experienced National Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate its customer service function during an important phase of change.
This is a senior leadership role with a hybrid structure, based in Western Sydney, and offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact across a multi-site, high-volume operation.

About the role
As the National Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and developing multi-site customer service teams across ANZ
- Driving consistent, best-practice customer service behaviours and accountability
- Harmonising processes, SOPs, and service standards across sites
- Owning KPIs, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and Manufacturing
- Leading system adoption and workflow improvements within Dynamics 365
- National travel will be required.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience leading national or multi-site customer service teams
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, or distribution environments
- Strong people leadership capability with a focus on accountability and performance
- Experience driving KPIs, service levels, and operational excellence
- ERP exposure (Dynamics 365 or similar highly regarded)
