An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated frontline Receptionist to work for our dynamic Parramatta based team. The key objective is to manage all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate teams, greeting guests and managing candidate flow.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Answering calls and directing enquiries
- Frontline customer service
- Management of meeting rooms
- Organising company events
- Database management
- Ensuring candidates undertake the full onboarding process
- Other general front-line duties
Our ideal Receptionist will possess the following:
- Experience as a receptionist managing high volume calls
- An exceptional phone manner with extensive customer service skills
- High attention to detail, ability to work in a fluid fast paced environment and strong organisational skills.
- Impeccable presentation and ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders internal & external
This is a full-time position with standard office hours of 9:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
