We're looking for dedicated Recreational Umpires (Netball, Futsal and Basketball certication ideal) to deliver inclusive and engaging programs that foster social connection and wellbeing within our diverse communities.

As a Recreational Umpire, your main tasks include:
- Program Delivery: Plan, implement, and assess recreational programs that promote social inclusion, connection, and wellbeing.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to meet community needs and expectations.
- Operational Support: Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of community centres and programs.
- Prioritization: Manage competing priorities in a high-volume, customer-focused environment using sound judgment within your authority.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain effective relationships with various stakeholders to achieve strategic goals while adhering to policies.
- Flexibility: Adapt to varying hours and diverse customer needs with a high degree of flexibility.
- Supervisor Interaction: Report progress, discuss future directions, address emerging issues, and contribute to service improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members on planning, task allocation, and problem-solving for safe, effective service delivery.
- Customer & Community Engagement: Engage, consult, and negotiate with customers and community groups on program development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Contractor & Supplier Communication: Communicate needs, facilitate access, and resolve issues with contractors and suppliers to minimize service disruptions.
Essential requirements for these roles include:
- Experience in planning and delivering recreational programs and sports competitions.
- Current First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one.
- Valid Working with Children Check and willingness to undergo a Criminal Record Check as required.
