Momentum is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Admin/Pick Packer for an immediate start in Rydalmere, working for a national leader within the Healthcare Logistics industry. This warehouse works with premium healthcare brands, ensuring rapid and efficient delivery of medical equipment worldwide. If you are looking for Monday-Friday work, a dynamic team, career nurturing and development, then this is the role job for you!
This is a large-scale and modern warehouse, equipped with the latest in warehousing technology.
As this role is 5 days/week Monday to Friday, only candidates with unlimited work rights will be short-listed.

About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Accurately process inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols
- Maintain and update inventory records using advanced WMS, ensuring real-time accuracy
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to schedule deliveries and pickups, prioritizing time-sensitive healthcare shipments
- Generate and analyse reports related to inventory levels, order status, and shipment accuracy
- Assist in audits and quality checks to maintain compliance with healthcare industry standards
- Book the orders in transport portal and complete the dispatch process
- Picking & packing orders
- Entering a cool room regularly to retrieve stock
- 50% administrative duties vs. 50% pick packing role
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Must be available for an immediate start
- Proven experience in an Administration role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Minimum 12 months Pick/Packing experience
- Comfortable working a mixed role of administrative and warehousing duties
- Strong work ethic - we are looking for reliability, punctuality and ability to work independently and as part of a team
