Our client is currently recruiting for a FIFO Labourer for an immediate start.
Benefits
- $35per hour plus penalties
- Various rosters depending on the site including 2:1, 3:1 with an unpaid RDO
- 8-12hour days
- Working 5-7days per week
About the role
- Filling and moving sandbags up to 25kg
- Repetitive bending and lifting
- Cleaning site
- Setting up jobs
- Assisting various trades on site
Note that this is not an operating role, it is ENTRY level labouring. The position itself is very physically demanding.
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- White Card
- Previous experience in general labouring
- Based in Brisbane, Cairns or Perth
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug/ alcohol screen
- Physically fit and able to carry out repetitive task
- Full Rights to Work in Australia
- Current resume with 2x work related referee's
- PPE - Steel capped boots and Yellow Hi-vis shirt with reflector strips
