We're currently seeking Casual Parcel Sorters for the Christmas season to join one of Australia's leading freight companies at their Chullora site.
This is a great opportunity to work with a respected name in the industry, with Christmas peak season fast approaching now is the time to get in and join the team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and staging freight accurately
- Manual handling and lifting of parcels
- Pallet jack use
- Working with conveyor belts
- Working efficiently in a busy transport environment
- Following all safety procedures and company guidelines
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in freight handling or warehouse work (preferred)
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive lifting
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Must have no criminal convictions in the last 10 years
- Able to pass a drug & alcohol test and medical
