About the role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Picking of raw materials
- Prepping of raw materials
- Labelling and inspection of compounded products
- Sealing of compounded products
- Packing and dispatching of compounded products
- Manual handling
- Quality assurance
- Handling Medical grade, IV bags, Syringes
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- Proven experience within Pharmacy, Manufacturing or Warehousing would be advantageous
- Must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Ability to work as part of a large team in a fast-paced environment
- Competent with using computer systems
- High attention to detail
- Adherence to health and safety regulations
