Our client is a family owned and operated supplier of specialised Safety Products, PPE, Signage, Workwear and much, MUCH more! This role will be based in NSW with a WFH function and tools of the trade (Car, Laptop, Mobile etc) to exceed sales targets.
About the Role:
Are you a Go Getter Business Development Manager that will represent our client to their existing and potential customers with a centric mindset and to focus on winning new business? To exceed in the role, you will have sales targets by growing sales in the assigned territory through increasing the number of customers and to sell the product range of Workwear, Footwear & Safety Products!
- Plan visit cycle according to customer potential and importance
- Update calendar with travel plans
- Request travel bookings and utilise Customer Care team for all hire car and motel bookings
- Minimise responsible expenses and overheads
- Plan targets and goals for each sales visit
- Discuss trip with Sales Manager
- Identify new opportunities and record details
- Provide written action items to Customer Care team
- Follow up all action items and deliver on promises
- Quote customers and discuss key pricing decisions with Sales Manager
- Follow up all opportunities to the death!
- Analyse reports and identify areas of growth and declines, suggest corrective action
- Report on territory progression
- Attend off-site Strategy Meetings with all staff.
About You:

- Adequate understanding and analysis of 80/20 rule applied to customer and products within the territory
