Momentum Consulting are currently working with a well-known Australian brand who are seeking a temporary Warehouse Administrator for an initial 4-week assignment, with possibility of extension.
Your new role
In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for the provision of customer service and administrative support to a small team. You will be required to manage an inbox, provide customer service both face to face and via telephone and assist in the warehouse during busy periods.
Key Accountabilities:
- Management of a high-volume shared inbox
- Answering phones
- Communicating with customers via email, phone and face to face
- Providing general administrative support to the team
- Assist warehouse staff with order pick ups during peak times
To be considered you must have:
- Proven warehouse administration experience
- Demonstrated ability to provide high levels of customer service
- Be available to work rostered 8 hour shifts between 7am and 5pm
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to start immediately
- Own transport preffered
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
